You're frying up hash & eggs and sausages or whatever, and just slinging it onto the plate from the grill as fast as you can, all day. The Kmart Grill is so small that the same person takes the order, cooks it, serves it, and rings it up. All in a tacky, polyester uniform, back then, too. Not a glamorous job, by any means, but if you are 18 it is ok.
