Several of these, I take in an effort to stay off of prescription cholesterol-lowering drugs. Which are covered by insurance. Spending more, and taking fistfuls of horse pills, in order to avoid taking a single, scary pill, does seem, at times, to be a bit silly. But, um, it's what I'm gonna do.
