For Cyndie: 5 Things That Make You Wanna Suck a Gun

Airsoft pellets all over the basement floor.

Cleaning up videogame controllers in the morning, coming back down in the afternoon and cleaning up the same controllers, even though I KNOW FOR A FACT that they did not play that game. They just took the controllers out and spread them on the floor. And removed a lot of the batteries, while they were at it.

Being told that it is His Right to have a messy room. And having to explain that His Right to a messy room extends only so far: not, for instance, to the point where we are ALL enjoying roaches.

Washing folded laundry: because if you leave clean laundry on the floor long enough, the dog will pee on it.

Knowing that I have a family history of children who never leave The Nest. Please, God, make them want to get the hell out when they graduate.

Yup.....thanks I needed to hear this. I have been slaving away today surrounded by children who are somewhat helpful but complain constantly while working.

Seriously, pitch in!!! This mean DH's too!!! I am not your maid!!!

Make you wanna suck a loaded gun? tee-hee

Charging us for rent/groceries/utilities got us to move out of the house sooner. It does work!

Sue, I have uncles who were paying the ENTIRE rent for my grandmother's house, and buying their own groceries, and when the roof needed fixing and the kitchen needed remodeling, they paid for it...and they STILL did not move out.

My sister is 36, and still at home. Yes, she is only paying token rent, but...I would have lost my mind by now.

The re-washing of clean laundry is the reason I now put my husband's clothes away for him. It just wasn't worth it to me to have to continuously wash clean clothes because he couldn't put them away.

Oh I'm going to go with folding ANY laundry. Although I've got to admit that cleaning previously clean yet unworn clothing is the worst. With mine it's not a case of dog pee but of leaving it on the floor until it can't be distinguished from the dirty laundry.

Alf - I dunno...but seems like there's something faulty in the logic there... :-0 :-0 :-0
